WildWillow Turned 1!

This past weekend marked a monumental milestone for WildWillow Lotions and Potions—our 1-year business anniversary! It’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown, but when we reflect on the journey, we are overwhelmed with gratitude, pride, and excitement for what’s to come.

Our first-ever Incense-Making Class was held on Saturday, September 21st, and we couldn’t have asked for a more magical experience. We had such a wonderful time meeting new faces, exchanging stories, and creating lasting connections. Together, we crafted aromatic incense blends, shared in our love for natural ingredients, and learned about the sacred history of incense. The energy in the room was electric, and it felt like the start of something truly special. Many of you shared how inspired you felt to take your own spiritual practices to the next level, and that excitement fuels us to continue creating and teaching in the community.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible support we received from the Community of Consciousness in Hudson, Florida. They gave us our first opportunity as a small pop-up vendor at their camping events, providing the foundation we needed to grow. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to this wonderful community for believing in us and helping us plant the seeds of WildWillow. Over this past year, we’ve been blessed to find our permanent home at the Oldsmar Flea Market. The Oldsmar community has welcomed us with open arms, and we feel incredibly grateful for the love and support we’ve received from both customers and fellow vendors. Our spot at Aisle C West Booth 44 has become more than just a place of business—it’s become a sanctuary where we can share our passion, creativity, and knowledge with all of you. This community has been the perfect place for us to blossom, and we can’t wait to continue growing alongside it.

As we look ahead, there’s so much to be excited about! On October 27th, we’ll be hosting our Samhain Incense Class, which will be a special blend of seasonal aromas like pumpkin, clove, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Participants will not only learn to make natural incense cones but also dive into the history of incense and its use in Samhain rituals. This class is designed to celebrate the spiritual side of Samhain and help participants create meaningful experiences to carry into their own practices. Purchase your ticket for this event here

Following that, on November 24th, we’ll be offering our Advanced Incense Class. This session will build on the basics, exploring a more in-depth understanding of base and binder ingredients, and we’ll guide participants in crafting their own stick incense. It’s a class for those who want to take their incense-making skills to the next level, and we’re so excited to help you expand your craft. You must have purchased an incense-making kit or have attended one of our basic incense-making class before being able to attend this class.

Another exciting development this year has been our partnership with Hiqili to offer high-quality, affordable essential oils. With this partnership, we can now provide our customers with pure and potent essential oils, perfect for everything from skincare to crafting your own body care products at home. Offering these oils has always been a dream of ours, and we’re thrilled to make them accessible to all of you. Whether you’re looking to enhance your beauty routine or delve deeper into aromatherapy, our essential oils are a perfect addition to your natural wellness journey. In addition, we’ve been busy updating some of our best-loved products! Our FreshSpell, DragonsBlood, and RoseWood Natural Deodorants have undergone thoughtful reformulations to ensure they’re not only effective but gentle on the skin. We’ve packed these formulas with skin-nourishing ingredients like Babassu oil, Jojoba oil, and Arrowroot Powder to provide long-lasting odor absorption without irritation. And, of course, we’re thrilled with how these deodorants are packaged in eco-friendly, push-up biodegradable cardboard tubes—so you can feel good about the products you’re using both for your body and the planet.
